Loved this piece, I've thought this way about Demna's Gucci and Duran Latink but I don't think riling up the public is the only way to get attention. If you look at the new Bottega and Chanel, the love of the brand is rooted in craft. Down to the trolling!

It reminds me of the "I'll forgive but never forget" line, like yes, we can forgive you for rage baiting us, but we won't forget and in the long run that probably does more harm than good for a brand. I wonder what some of the best (and smartest) ways for luxury brands to get attention and eyeballs these days are...
